It’s happened! Today the kosher dining room in Kaliningrad synagogue started its work (at the site of the former Koenigsberger Syn.). It opened its doors to all those who want to have a kosher and inexpensive (!) snack in the historical center of the city. This is a logical continuation of the development of the Jewish community of the city, which received a new impetus after the opening of one of the most beautiful synagogues in Europe. Now the difficulties with kosher meals for Jewish tourists, who often visit Kaliningrad region, are solved, and the citizens will be able not only to see the synagogue from the inside, but also to taste Jewish dishes (Words and pictures come generously from Rabbi Aron Gurevich). 2019 May 29
