Call for material for a new exhibition “Farewell to Warmia and Masuria”

Following the great success of the special exhibition “Farewell to Königsberg”, which has been on display in the Jewish Museum in the Kaliningrad Synagogue since May 2023 and is now traveling to Sovetsk and other cities, a second part of this project is to be created in early summer and will travel through places in Warmia and Masuria. In it, we will tell the stories of Jews who left Germany after 1933. We are particularly interested in photos and stories from
Allenstein, Braunsberg, Goldap, Johannesburg, Lyck, Neidenburg, Rastenburg, Sensburg and Wormditt.
But there may also be stories from other small towns. We are also interested in reports about children who fled on the Kindertransport. Thank you in advance for your interest and your submissions!
