In preparation for our exhibition on the emigration of Jews from East Prussia, we have read from new memoir books by Jerry Lindenstrauß (Gumbinnen), Garry Braude and Helga Sandak-Lewin (both Tilsit). Many of these books have been published by very small publishing houses, and other escape accounts have been published only in private settings. We are grateful for further tips.
