- New Kaliningrad Synagogue
- Kaliningrad Regional Museum of History and Art
- Department of the Union of Jewish Communities of Russia for cooperation with the armed forces
- Ministry of Civil Protection of the Russian Federation
- Legal Protection Authorities
- and Veterans Organizations of the Russian Federation
Prof. Ruth Leiserowitz (Society Jews in East Prussia) will give a lecture at the synagogue

11:30 am Wreath-laying at the Memorial to the Soldiers of the First World War on Gvardejski Prospekt
12:30 pm Ceremony at the old Jewish cemetery (ul. Yubileynaya): guard of honour, unveiling of the commemorative plaque and the information plaque “Roads of the Russian soldier”.
2:30 pm Opening of the exhibition “Jews on the Battlefields of the First World War” in the New Kaliningrad Synagogue
3:00 pm Ceremonial act and concert in the prayer hall of the New Kaliningrad Synagogue
4:00 pm Buffet
5:00 pm Literary and historical readings in the museum room of the New Kaliningrad Synagogue
8:30 pm Dinner for the participants of the readings
